Directions

  1. Cream together the butter, sugars, and vanilla. Add the two large eggs and continue to mix.
  2. Add the coconut- mix.
  3. Sift together the flour, baking soda, and salt-add to the wet mixture; mix until fully incorporated.
  4. Add the chocolate chips into the batter and mix.
  5. Drop by the tablespoonful onto a greased cookie sheet, and bake for 12-14 minutes, or until the edges become brown.
